If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site.  YEI Racing reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Conditions of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable!  (We  do not ship orders on SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS).

Domestic shipping:

Our web store will compute shipping charges for domestic shipping within the United States.  You will have two options, United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Pricing for shipping will be presented before you finish your checkout, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Back ordered items are subject to the same shipping charge.  These are regular orders, and it costs the same to ship as the original order. If the sum of the back ordered item(s) are less than $10 worth of merchandise, it may be canceled. You may cancel back ordered item(s) at any time before it is shipped.  Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time may not ship the same day. Any back ordered item(s) over 90 days old are subject to cancellation.

All orders shipped within California are taxed at 9.75%

International destinations:

YEI Racing can ship orders just about anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are estimated and includes a minimum of $9.95 for handling.  This is done to cover all the additional customs and paperwork we have to do for your international order.  Conditions around the world and countries import laws change, or other issues occur that keep us from being able to ship an order to you.  We are presently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bolivia, Brunei, Columbia, Cuba, Indonesia, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, North Korea, Peru and Venezuela.  It is the customer's responsibility to cover all custom's cost.  YEI Racing will not adjust the value of your shipment so please do not ask!  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Returns:

There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise.  Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise.  No returns, without written authorization, or after 15 days.  No returns on items we have marked as discontinued, are no longer available on our website or that we a clearance or close out item.

Defective Merchandise:

Defective Merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product.  Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise.  Most manufactuerers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty.
