If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site.  YEI Racing reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Conditions of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable!  (We  do not ship orders on SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS).

Domestic shipping:

Our web store will compute shipping charges for domestic shipping within the United States.  You will have two options, United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Pricing for shipping will be presented before you finish your checkout, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options.

Back ordered items are subject to the same shipping charge.  These are regular orders, and it costs the same to ship as the original order. If the sum of the backordered items adds up to less than $10 worth of merchandise, it may be cancelled. You may cancel any backorder you have at any time before it is shipped.  Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time may not ship the same day. All backorders over 90 days old are subject to cancellation. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

All orders shipped within California are taxed at 9.75%

International destinations:

YEI Racing can ship orders just about anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are estimated and includes a minimum of $9.95 for handling.  This is done to cover all the additional customs and paperwork we have to do for your international order.  Conditions around the world and countries import laws change, or other issues occur that keep us from being able to ship an order to you.  We are presently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bolivia, Brunei, Columbia, Cuba, Indonesia, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, North Korea, Peru and Venezuela.  It is the customer's responsibility to cover all custom's cost.  YEI Racing will not adjust the value of your shipment so please do not ask!  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Returns:

There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise.  Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise.  No returns, without written authorization, or after 15 days.  No returns on items we have marked as discontinued, are no longer available on our website or that we a clearance or close out item.

Defective Merchandise:

Defective Merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product.  Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise.  Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty.

Warranties and Guarantee's:

All warranties and guarantees, including missing items, are handled directly by the original manufacturer of that item and should be sent to them, not YEI Racing.  Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise.

Ordering:

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.  YEI Racing reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.  Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

Payment.  We take payment through PayPal or Google Checkout payable in US currency.   We also accept money orders, wire transfers and personal checks.  Personal checks may take 14-21 days to clear.  Your order  will not be shipped until after the clearance of your check has been verified. We strictly follow local tax laws regarding the collection and State Sales Tax in accordance with the California Board of Equalization.

Pricing. YEI Racing always features low competitive prices.  However, from time to time advertising errors, typographical errors, or price changes occur which are beyond our control.  YEI Racing maintains no responsibility for these kinds of inadvertent errors or manufacturer price changes and we reserve the right to make price changes as necessary.

Disclaimer for Promotions. Certain offers may only apply to first time customers.  Only one discount per household may be allowed.  These offers may not be valid with any other coupons or discounts and may not be applied to previously placed orders.  Coupons have no cash value.  YEI Racing reserves the right to refuse to allow certain businesses, such as hobby stores and distributors, to purchase products pursuant to these special promotions.  YEI Racing reserves the right to set minimum purchase amounts required to qualify for any special offers.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names that appear on our site are proprietary to YEI Racing, or other respective owners that have granted YEI Racing the right and license to use such marks.

YEI Racing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if YEI Racing has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
